Biography
A member of the Scientific and University Committee, Yves Reinhard works in general commercial litigation and business law, mediation and arbitration, as well as in intellectual property. With a rich academic and professional career, he assists his clients in resolving complex disputes, particularly in the areas of intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution.
Professor emeritus at the Faculty of Law at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, he played a key role in the training of lawyers and directed the Paul Roubier Center, recognized for its work in intellectual property law.
