A lawyer since 2011, I joined the Firm after having worked at RIBEYRE ET ASSOCIES, an expert in commercial litigation and restructuring. Since January 1, 2025, I have been managing the firm's Restructuring-Companies in Difficulty Department.
I advise managers and shareholders when their company encounters difficulties in order to support them in the implementation of a reorganization plan ensuring the sustainability of the company and maintaining the value of its assets, whether as part of an amicable procedure (ad hoc mandate or conciliation) or collective proceedings (safeguard or reorganization). I also support candidates for the takeover of companies in difficulty, whether in amicable proceedings (prepack sale) or judicial proceedings (takeover of businesses or assets in court).
Passionate about public speaking, I defend a clientele made up of institutions and family groups before courts or arbitration chambers, in disputes between shareholders, governance conflicts and disputes between commercial partners.
Driven by a desire to transmit, I speak at conferences and teach the law of companies in difficulty at the University.
