A lawyer specialized in Public Economic Law, I work with actors in the public sector and companies, in order to support them in the success of their projects (contractual arrangements, support in the establishment of parastatal structures, awarding of public procurement contracts, awarding of public procurement contracts, notification to the European Commission in the field of State aid law, etc.).
I also provide representation missions in justice, defense and litigation, in connection with public business law issues (pre-contractual summary proceedings, compensation claims, recourse to challenge the validity of contracts).
