Lucas BALDI

Biography

Lucas Baldi assists managers, companies, investment funds and family offices in the context of national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital incentives for managers.

Thanks to his DJCE and his Master II in Corporate Engineering, he has knowledge and a transversal approach allowing him to offer comprehensive support in the context of equity transactions and more generally all transactions relating to company law.
