Biography

Having become a Partner of the Firm after joining it as an Associate Lawyer following a successful experience in an international firm, I have now worked for more than 10 years in the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Strategic Operations Department.

Passionate about Business Law and with a broad field of intervention, I work with my teams in the context of complex transactional transactions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, private equity, private equity and private equity and private equity investment and capital incentives for managers.

It is important for me to adopt a global and pragmatic vision that allows me to achieve the realization of projects led by my clients, who are generally entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs or ETI operating in various sectors.

I also work for investment funds and family offices in the context of their investment transactions or the sale of participations.

Having a particular interest in tech, gaming and healthcare, I support many startups in these fields, in particular in terms of venture capital.
