Summer 2022 is coming to an end. It was a heatwave highlighting how much the city lacks green spaces. This is an opportunity to recall that as of the first 2023 any construction of “buildings or parts of buildings for commercial, industrial, artisanal use”, including the construction of warehouses, car parks of more than 500 m2 and office premises with more than 1000 m2 of footprint must integrate either a process for the production of renewable energies, or a vegetation system based on a cultural mode using mainly recovered water.
