Founded in 2010 in Besançon by Alexis POIROT, Médicia Gestion Privée mainly supports health professionals and business leaders in a global approach, from the management of their assets to their pension provision.
This operation allows Groupe Cyrus/Maison Hérez to continue its development, especially in Eastern France.
Through this transaction, FIDUCIAL LEGAL BY LAMY reinforces its position as a leading player in mergers and acquisitions and consolidation transactions in highly concentrated sectors.
